Responsibilities:
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Address current and potential customer queries via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Cross-selling or up-selling products where possible to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received
- Liaise with nutrition, operations and brand teams to resolve complaints and address all inquiries
- End to end execution for sales- from outward calling to accurately recording customer details, placing orders and ensuring delivery
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English and Hindi
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
